Water cannons and batons were today used by the police to disperse dozens of BJP activists who were protesting outside Chief Minster Arvind Kejriwal's house for ''shielding the accused'' in an alleged road rage case where a 38-year-old man was beaten to death near the famous Turkman Gate last week.
