The initial leads for Haryana have begun coming in and they are in line with what the exit polls have predicted. As of 8.15 am, the Congress is ahead in 17 of the state's 90 Assembly constituencies while the BJP is leading in nine.

The BJP today released the first list of its candidates who will contest the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh to be held in two phases in November. Of the 90 assembly seats in Chhattisgarh, the BJP on Sunday announced a list of 67.
