A pre-dawn cordon and search operation for illegal weapons, following an Intelligence Bureau (IB) alert, led the Hyderabad Police to stumble upon a three-storeyed building in the Bhavani Nagar area where over 200 minor children from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh (UP) were found huddled in four rooms in pathetic conditions.
