Armed gunmen fired several rounds in the air in Matihani area of Bihar's Begusarai, days after motorcycle-borne men shot at passersby at different places in the district, police said.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said: "The incident will be probed by the police authorities of the area where the firings took place and a probe by Bihar Police is already under way"

Begusarai shooting: Four people were arrested on Friday in connection with the Begusarai mass shooting in Bihar, in which one person was killed and 11 others were critically injured, police said.
