A Moscow court on Friday ordered the arrest in absentia of Bulgarian investigative journalist Christo Grozev, whose reporting for the Bellingcat news outlet has angered Russia, RIA news agency said.

Investigative group Bellingcat on Monday identified the second suspect in the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal as a doctor employed by Moscow's GRU military intelligence service.

Moscow needs hard data from British authorities on the Skripal poisoning case and cannot draw conclusions about who was responsible based on unconfirmed media reports, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
