The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) told the Rajasthan High Court today that Bhanwari Devi is dead and there is no corpse to produce. The investigating agency has also asked the court to close the Habeus Corpus case filed by Bhanwari's husband Amarchand about his 'missing' wife.
