Bhatta Parsaul Fir

After almost six months of inaction over the alleged rapes in Bhatta and Parsaul villages, the Uttar Pradesh government has finally ordered filing of FIR against security personnel accused in the case. The FIR is being lodged at the Dankur police station in Noida.

The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) has sought registration of FIRs against policemen accused of raping seven women in Bhatta and Parsaul villages during an agitation against by farmers.
