Bhatta-Parsaul rape case: Uttar Pradesh government orders FIR

After almost six months of inaction over the alleged rapes in Bhatta and Parsaul villages, the Uttar Pradesh government has finally ordered filing of FIR against security personnel accused in the case. The FIR is being lodged at the Dankur police station in Noida.
