A medical student of Xaviers International University of Goa was arrested in Delhi on Monday after the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) found out that the MBBS holder, who had come to the Council with the intention of practicing medicine, was using a forged medical certificate, procured from Bihar Medical Council.
