Bihar Heavy Rains

The Bihar assembly premises, bungalows of several ministers nearby and several other places including hospitals in Patna were left water-logged following incessant rain in the state capital on Sunday.

Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Friday defended Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Bihar bridge collapses and said that the unusually heavy monsoon rains were the primary cause for the incidents.
