The "internal conflicts" in the Grand Secular Alliance can lead to a mid-term election in Bihar, the BJP said today as it claimed a "tiff" between JDU and RJD, the two main constituents in the ruling coalition, over a host of issues, including cancellation of bail of Mohammad Shahabuddin and suspended RJD MLA Raj Ballabh Yadav.
