An 11-year-old boy has sued the office of Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain for stealing his speech which he had prepared to deliver on an event to celebrate the birth anniversary of Pakistan's founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

As talks of a rift between his government and the military gathers pace, Pakistan's Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani today said "no institution can be a state within a state" and warned that "conspiracies" are being hatched to "pack up" his democratically-elected government.
