Bjd Leader Dies

Veteran BJD leader and 10-time Odisha MLA V Sugnana Kumari Deo died at a private hospital in Chennai on Saturday while undergoing treatment, officials said. She was 87.

Senior BJD leader and former Odisha Assembly speaker Maheswar Mohanty died at a private hospital here on Tuesday.

Noted economist and veteran BJD leader Trilochan Kanungo died due to old age-related ailments today, his family said.

Senior Biju Janata Dal (BJD) leader Bijayshree Routray died at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday, his family said. Mr Routray, also a former minister in the state government, was 67. He is survived by two sons and wife.
