The Supreme Court has directed the District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police of Maharashtra's Yavatmal and Chhattisgarh's Raipur to ensure no hate speeches are made at rallies being held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Telangana BJP MLA.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Telangana T Raja Singh filed a complaint at the Mangalhat Police Station on Tuesday claiming that he has received threat calls from unknown numbers.

Twitter has removed a tweet by BJP politician T Raja Singh that was posted in September 2017. In the tweet carrying a video, the BJP Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Telangana was raising anti-Muslim sentiments and urging Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and citizens of the country to move Rohingya Muslim immigrants.

Banned by Facebook on Thursday over hateful content and labelled a "dangerous individual", controversial Telangana BJP MLA T Raja Singh claimed it had been more than a year since he left the social networking website and asked whether the company was working under Congress "pressure".

Facebook has banned T Raja Singh, a BJP leader at the core of allegations that the social media giant did not apply hate speech rules on members of the ruling BJP. The politician was banned for violating Facebook's policy on content promoting hate and violence, said a spokesperson.

T Raja Singh, the politician at the centre of the huge row that has erupted after the Wall Street Journal reported that Facebook's content policies favoured the ruling BJP, has rejected allegations that he makes communally loaded posts online and claimed that his official Facebook accountwas "hacked and blockedin 2018".
