On Tuesday, Bharatiya Janata Party's OBC MPs held a protest in front of the Gandhi statue at the Parliament premise, demanding an apology from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his 'Modi surname' remark.

"A person born to a foreigner mother can never be a patriot," Mr Jaiswal told NDTV, and claimed those were Chanakya's words from 2,000 years ago which he was reminded of today.
