OpenAI is facing a copyright lawsuit from Indian and international book publishers in New Delhi, that aims to prevent the firm's ChatGPT chatbot from accessing proprietary content. The Federation of Indian Publishers stated it has lodged the case at the Delhi High Court, which is already handling a similar suit against OpenAI.
