Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was consistently misled by then-telecom minister A. Raja, India’s premier domestic investigative agency told a Parliamentary body on Tuesday. The CBI, India's premier national investigative agency, also gave then finance minister P Chidambaram a clean chit, saying there is no criminality culpability on his part.
