NDTV would like to issue a clarification on a report carried today pertaining to a leaked CAG report on Mumbai's Ashirwad housing committee. The NDTV report named Maharashtra Finance Secretary Sudhirkumar Srivastav as one of the officers who had a flat when he applied for a membership in the Ashirwad society.

In a season where its weaknesses have been repeatedly exposed, the government is now trouble-shooting a report that states, it cost the country 10.7 lakh crores because it did not auction coal-fields from 2004 to 2009.
