The Maharashtra government on Sunday issued guidelines as it extended the coronavirus lockdown till June 30 and eased some restrictions. In order to curb illegal phone snooping, the government today announced in Rajya Sabha that guidelines have been revised with an aim of tightening the process of obtaining telephone call data records (CDRs) of lawmakers and other citizens.
