The Supreme Court Tuesday adjourned the hearing on the CBI's plea against the discharge of Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and two others in a corruption case related to awarding of a contract to Canadian firm SNC-Lavalin when he was the power minister.

Canadian engineering firm SNC-Lavalin said late on Thursday that it has sacked two executives loosely linked to a failed plot to smuggle a son of ex-Libyan dictator Moammar Gaddafi into Mexico.
