After the interconnect order by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) came out two days ago, there has been deep concern amongst the broadcasting fraternity about the legitimising of carriage fees. In particular, there was concern since TRAI had not clarified the level at which it would cap carriage fees.
