Cbi Arrests It Commissioner

A city court today said the CBI does not need its arrest warrant against former Kolkata police commissioner Rajeev Kumar, as the Supreme Court and the Calcutta High Court had already lifted bar on his arrest in the Saradha chit fund case.

The Calcutta High Court on Friday vacated its order granting protection from arrest to former Kolkata Police commissioner Rajeev Kumar in connection with the Saradha chit fund scam.
