Physical literacy should be recognised as a fundamental right and all education boards, including CBSE and ICSE, must be asked to ensure at least 90 minutes of every school day to be dedicated to "free play and games", said a report submitted in the Supreme Court on Thursday.

In an affidavit filed in the Supreme Court, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) said that a three-member enquiry committee had concluded in its August last year inquiry report that the school had prepared the result of class 10 students as per the tabulation policy.
