Infosys Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India to change the name of the Company from "Infosys Technologies Ltd." to "INFOSYS LTD". The Change is effective from June 16, 2011.
