Ramdev eviction not Chidambaram's decision: Centre tells Supreme Court

The Centre today told the Supreme Court that the decision to evict Baba Ramdev from the Ramlila Grounds in a midnight crackdown was taken by the Delhi Police, and not by Home Minister P Chidambaram. Centre told the court the apprehension of breach of peace by the police can not be questioned by the Supreme Court.
