Election Commission Withdraws Model Code of Conduct in Tamil Nadu

Rs 76.89 cr seized in Tamil Nadu: Election Commission

A total of Rs 76.89 crore, suspectedly meant to be used for wooing voters during the Lok Sabha polls in Tamil Nadu, was seized by officials and it has been deposited with the state treasury, Chief Electoral Officer Praveen Kumar said in Chennai today.
