China Concerned Over Kashmir Situation

China today voiced concern over the "escalation" of violence and "rising temperatures" in Jammu and Kashmir after the Uri terror attack and called on India and Pakistan to resolve their differences through dialogue and enhance counter-terrorism cooperation.

Commenting on the unrest in Kashmir, China today said it hoped that the situation will be "handled properly" and "relevant parties" will address the issue peacefully through dialogue.
