American singer-songwriter and rapper Chris Brown is being sued for allegedly beating up a man at a London nightclub, reported People.

Singer Chris Brown is being sued for rape in California, with his alleged victim claiming he drugged her and attacked her on a yacht at rap mogul Diddy's Florida home.

The suit, which seeks unspecified damages, alleges that the club -- 1 Oak -- should have taken special measures given that events hosted by the Look at Me Now artist had a history of violence.

Paul Briley has filed a lawsuit against Chris, 26, claiming that he failed to provide sufficient security and that he is now permanently injured as a result. He states that since Chris Brown had multiple violent incidents at shows before that San Jose concert, he should have had more security that night
