The Skoda Rapid Monte Carlo edition was launched in India less than a couple of months back. A district court issued the ban a few days ago that cites trademark infringement by the automaker as the trademark for the 'Monte Carlo' nameplate lies with a clothing and apparel manufacturer from Punjab.
