A 10-year-old Colombian girl has sparked outrage after becoming one of the world's youngest mothers by giving birth to a healthy daughter, it was reported on Thursday. The girl, a member of the northern indigenous Wayuu tribe in the La Guajira Peninsula, was 39 weeks pregnant when she underwent a Caesarean section, the Daily Mail reported.
