TRAI Delays SMS Regulations Owing to OTP Issues Faced by Telecom Users

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Tuesday decided to suspend the Telecom Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2018 that were aimed to reduce spam SMS messages.
