Cook Rapes Minor

A minor girl, who was working as a cook at an old age home at Chiluatal area in Gorakhpur, was allegedly raped by the manager of the shelter, the police said on Friday.

A cook working with the India Reserve Battalion of Goa Police was arrested in Panaji on Monday for allegedly raping a minor girl.

The mother of a 15-year-old girl was in for a rude shock when during a routine check-up for stomach cramps, the doctor revealed that the minor was pregnant. When the woman confronted the girl, she cooked up a story about a three unidentified persons who ganged up on her and raped her.
