Our vehicle screeched to a halt. We were returning from Uri where 18 soldiers were killed in a terror attack a day before. The forces deployed along the highway were pulling back for the day. From the front seat of the car, I could only see the top of a head. A boy, no older than 12, had forced our vehicle to stop.
