India have bagged a total of 26 medals in the ongoing CWG and are currently at the fifth spot on the medals tally.

CWG 2022 Day 8: Indian wrestlers Bajrang Punia (men's 65kg), Sakshi Malik (women's 62kg) and Deepak Punia (men's 86kg) won gold medals on Friday. Anshu Malik (women's 57kg) won a silver medal.

Shreyasi Singh added a golden tinge to what was largely a moderate day for India on Day 7 of the Commonwealth Games 2018 at Gold Coast.
