Dagger War Memorial

A wreath laying ceremony was organised at Dagger War Memorial on 8 December to commemorate the first death anniversary of the first Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of India, General Bipin Rawat.

President Ram Nath Kovind, who visited the Dagger War Memorial in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district on Monday, said it evokes profound respect for the brave fighters who laid down their lives for the safety and security of the country.
