Sister of Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh, who died in a Lahore hospital after a brutal attack on him in 2013, has sought a BJP ticket for contesting Lok Sabha elections from Haryana, party leaders said on Wednesday.

Dalbir Kaur, the sister of Sarabjit Singh, who died in a Pakistan jail in 2013, today joined the Bharatiya Janta Party.

On Monday, BJP president Amit Shah will launch the first poster of the film in presence of Omung Kumar and actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The film stars Randeep Hooda in the titular role. The actor knocked off 18 kgs for the part. Aishwarya plays Dalbir Kaur, Sarabjit's sister in the film
