Deepak Talwar Custodial Interrogation

A Delhi court on Saturday granted permission to Enforcement Directorate (ED) to further interrogate corporate lobbyist Deepak Talwar, who is in judicial custody, in connection with cases pertaining to an illicit aviation deal among others.

The CBI today approached the Delhi High Court seeking custodial interrogation of lobbyist Deepak Talwar in a case related to alleged violation of foreign funding law, FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act).
