The Delhi Assembly on Thursday passed the confidence motion tabled by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, which saw only AAP legislators vote while all eight BJP MLAs were either marshalled out or they voluntarily staged a walkout.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday unveiled a renovated British-era 'Phansi Ghar' and a Corona Warriors Memorial on Delhi Assembly premises and said the 75th anniversary of Independence is an occasion to remember the martyrs.

The Winter Session of Delhi Assembly is set to begin today for which the state government has lined up six Bills even as opposition BJP said it will try to corner the ruling AAP in the House over various issues, including the demand for introduction of the Jan Lokpal Bill.
