A businessman allegedly received death threats for non-payment of extortion money amounting to Rs 10 crore in the Pitampura area of Delhi, the officials said on Monday.

A 46-year-old businessman, who was in an extramarital relationship with an employee, was stabbed to death allegedly by the fiance of the woman who then stuffed the body in a suitcase, boarded a train and disposed it in Gujarat's Bharuch, police said on Wednesday.

A 51-year-old businessman was stabbed to death allegedly by four people when he confronted them for harassing his daughter in Delhi's Moti Nagar area on Saturday night. The victim's family members claimed that passersby remained apathetic through it all, shooting the incident on their mobile phones instead of trying to help him.
