The Indian Home Ministry was allocated Rs 65,745 crore in the 2014-15 Budget announced on Thursday, a 11 per cent jump over last year's outlay, outlining a slew a measures for safety of women in large cities, setting up of Crisis Management Centres in Delhi and paramilitary forces getting a significant hike in their outlays.
