DDA Makes Leasehold-to-Freehold Conversion Process Easier

Getting your property converted from leasehold to freehold is set to become easier as starting Thursday the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has decided to make the conversion process "more transparent" by putting up the applications online.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has so far issued 2,000 conveyance deeds within the time fixed for the same under the Citizen Charter as part of its drive for people to get their properties converted from leasehold to freehold.
