Delhi weather news: After a three-week lull in the monsoon, two successive spells of heavy rain helped cut the deficit by more than half in Delhi. The national capital has already recorded 50 per cent more rainfall than the normal in July, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Thursday.
