Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and his son Sukhbir Singh Badal, who is his deputy, today met the Prime Minister and said it is not right to hang militant Devender Pal Singh Bhullar especially since no one has been given death for the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
