Fed up with diabetes, man kills children, commits suicide

Fed up with his illness, a 42-year-old man today allegedly killed his two children and later committed suicide, police said. Santosh Alkar, a diabetic and unemployed, was found hanging at his residence in suburban Chakala by his sister this afternoon, police said.
