DND flyway management has announced hike in toll tariff effective from today, December 20, to which residents of Noida have protested.

Shares in the Noida Toll Bridge Company surged as much as 10 per cent on Monday after the company hiked toll rates for the DND Flyway that connects the Noida suburb to Delhi.

Opposing the recent hike in DND flyway toll rates, Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Association has decided to file a PIL against the "highly unjustified" MoU signed with the Noida Toll Bridge Co Ltd. FONRWA protested against hike in DND flyway toll rates and threatened to block the flyway on November 20 if the hike was not rolled back.
