Domestic Help Assulted

A woman, who was working as a domestic help at the residence of a politician in New Delhi, has alleged that she was raped by a male staff there two years back, the police said on Sunday.

A domestic help, who was physically assaulted allegedly by her employer in northwest Delhi's Mukherjee Nagar area, died on Wednesday at a private hospital. The accused employer, Atul Kr Lohia, was arrested three days back after the condition of the domestic help deteriorated. Lohia was later released on bail.
