A man was arrested in Teni district of Tamil Nadu after he and his family allegedly prevented a medical team from letting them deliver a baby as his daughter-in-law delivered it at home, police said today.

With RJD chief Lalu Prasad demanding 80 per cent reservation for youths of Bihar in state jobs and admission in educational institutions under it, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday said it was not "out of context".
