Manhattan's district attorney on Tuesday charged three people with conspiring to illegally possess and sell some 100 pages of handwritten notes and lyrics for the Eagles album "Hotel California."

Glenn Frey, 67, died Monday of what the band said were complications from rheumatoid arthritis, acute ulcerative colitis and pneumonia. Don Henley, in a statement, described Frey as a brother and credited him with being "the one who started it all." He added: "He was the spark plug, the man with the plan"
