A Tacoma Police vehicle plowed through a group of pedestrians swarming it, knocking several people to the pavement, after authorities responded to reports of drag racers in the Washington city's downtown, online video showed early on Sunday.

Florida resident Kay Rogers says that their family cat brings them "presents" from outside all the time. But her latest gift was unlike any other - she brought them a two-headed snake.

BMW Motorrad took the wraps off the R18 Dragster, which is essentially a stripped down, tricked out R 18 that is meant to go fast in a straight line on a drag strip. The brain behind the motorcycle is that of Roland Sands, a renowned custom motorcycle designer.

Jack Beckman, a professional drag racer, achieved a speed of 323.43 mph (520.51Km/h) in just 3.921 seconds during the NHRA Funny Car.
