Dutch police are looking for the owner of a stray wallaby which made an unexpected appearance in a small town over the weekend, disrupting rail traffic before finally being lassoed by a local.

The Dutch national rail authority concluded an 800-million-euro deal today with French transport giant Alstom to buy 79 new high-speed trains, set to go into service by 2021.

Dutch captain Mark van Bommel launched a broadside at the side's critics on Saturday saying that their criticism was not justified even after losing both their Group B matches at Euro 2012.
